High in vitamin C and lycopene. Lycopene along with betacarotene and vitamin A. This makes for a powerful antioxidant providing protection from the oxidative damage to cellular structures caused by free radicals (sometimes produced by stress).

FIVE MINUTE WATERMELON MINT FRAPPE
4 cups cold watermelon chunks
8 mint leaves
Option: Lime juice to taste
Run the blender at medium spead and drop chunks of watermelon through the feed hole one at a time until they are blended.
Add the mint and run the blender at medium speed for one minute until the watermelon has liquified.
Strain into glasses, garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy.
Best served icy cold.
NOTE: This recipe uses seedless watermelon or you can remove the seeds before blending.
CAUTION: Seeds and nuts are not recommended for people with diverticulitis and diverticulosis.
