I was happy to come home and see all the comments regarding the article I wrote on rebounding exercise.  I just attended the IDEAFIT convention in Los Angeles, California.  What a fantastic educational experience.  Not only are there excellent classes to take (and I took many) but the trade show is outstanding also. I have been going for at least 8 years.

Trampoline dealers were there.  I saw at least three dealers.  All dealers have DVD available to bounce along while following a DVD routine.  Newer trampolines are available for stability and safety.  As well as providing a quality bounce.

Enjoy this activity.  It is the best for cellular health and health in general!  A great exercise routine.  Especially when you can’t get out due to weather conditions or other reasons. You can get it done easily!
