I’ve admired Ernestine Shepherd for years. I knew she had been placed in the Guinness Book of World Records years ago. Suddenly she turned up on new summer TV program “Forever Young.” This program features seniors of all ages doing remarkable physical activities.
Ernestine began body building when she was just 56. She is now 81! She wakes up every morning at 2:30 AM, eats 10 egg whites and then goes for a 10 mile run! The program didn’t say, but I bet she hits the gym for her strengthening routine shortly thereafter!
